Membership Guidelines
- All memberships are sold on an individual basis.
- Payment is due in its entirety at sign up and is non-refundable.
- Memberships will auto-renew at end of term if member does not give staff 30 days notice of cancellation.
- Members may not share login information or mobile access with any other individual.
- Each member is permitted to have one guest per visit.
- In the event that a member repeatedly fails to follow the rules of the studio, ownership has the right to terminate membership without refund.
- Members will be held liable for any damages to the studio and furthermore the cost of any such damages will be charged to the member’s card on file.
Studio Use Guidelines
- Only one person on the hitting platform at a time.
- All swings should be contained to the designated hitting area.
- Direct all swings towards the screen.
- Members are responsible for providing their own golf clubs.
- Only golf balls provided by The Golf Studio are allowed.
- No metal spiked shoes allowed. Rubber spikes and street shoes permitted.
- Prior to your departure, collect all golf balls and tees in preparation for the next user.
Simulator Reservations/Tee Times
- All reservations are to be made through the member portal and/or app.
- Each one-hour simulator reservation includes 55 minutes of practice time and 5 minutes to clean up and prepare the simulator bay for the next member. Out of courtesy to other members, please be prompt in both your arrival and departure times.
- Each member can reserve up to two hours of bay time (two hours consecutively on the same day or two one-hour timeslots booked on different days). At the time member has used one of the bookings, member can then reserve another timeslot. At no time shall member have more than 2 reserved timeslots at one time.
Food and Drinks
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time on the premises of The Golf Studio.
- Members may bring outside items, however, food and drinks must stay in the seating area outside of the simulator platform.
- Prior to your departure, clean up and dispose of any trash.
*These rules may be updated at any time and members agree to abide by such changes throughout the duration of their membership.
